Refunds and Credit Policy

Students withdrawing more than three weeks before the start of the first workshop meeting will receive a full credit toward another workshop in which room is available, a full credit toward a future workshop, or a full refund less $35 cancellation fee.  Students withdrawing less than three weeks but more than one week prior to the start of the workshop will receive a half credit toward another workshop in which room is available, or a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee.  No credit or refund will be given for students withdrawing less than one week prior to the start of the workshop, or after the first meeting of the workshop, regardless of whether the student attended the workshop.

Makeups will be scheduled for any cancellation due to weather, or any other cancellation by the Westport Writers' Workshop.
